Discussion and possible action to award Invitation to Bid 2023-006 "Commercial Panel Christmas Tree for Webb County" to the lowest bidder Downtown Decorations, Inc. for a 46 ft. Panel Christmas Tree with colored LED lamps to include a five (5) year warranty for an amount not to exceed $63,555.00 and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-470000 (General Operating Exp-Administration-Capital Outlay)]

Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure formal bids for a commercial sized Christmas Tree for Webb County Courthouse decorating.

Solution: Consider approval of lowest responsible bidder for selected commercial size panel tree for County use.

Result: Proceed with order if approved by Commissioners Court. Setup and storage will be provided by the Webb County Building Maintenance Department.
