APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR THE WORMSER ROAD PROJECT

Subject:

Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 2 for SAL Construction Management for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund (CTIF) Wormser Road Project. There will be no monetary change to the contract only the addition of Sixty (60) days to the contract; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. [No Impact to General fund]

Issue: Days are needed to complete items previously approved in Commissioner Court dated April 11, 2023 (Agenda Item No. 17) which Project Engineer, Sherfey Engineering has just finished designing, as per the Texas Department of Transportation and the City of Laredo.

Solution: Approval of change order to finish and close out this road project.

Result: Approval of change order will continue and finish with project modifications.
