Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Texas A&M International University for a Certified Public Management Program consisting of two terms for 15 County participants each term (August term is from August, 2023 through May 2024 for selected County personnel and the October term is from October 2023 through September 2024 for interested County elected officials) for a cost of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($4,865.00) per participant (being an approximate total of $145,950.00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

After presentation by TAMIU the Court elected to move forward to develop a Certified Publilc Management Program for County administrative staff and elected officials.
