Discussion and possible action to enter into a Donation and Construction Agreement for Road Improvements - Alamo Road, with EOG Resources, Inc. wherein EOG will donate labor and material (at a cost of approximately One Million Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars) to improve an approximate 5.6 mile section of Alamo road and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
