Discussion and possible action to enter into an equipment procurement and installation agreement with Audio Dynamics, Inc. to upgrade the Webb County Jail Security Camera System in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($127,717.00), authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-4070-001-470000-001 (General Fund-Sheriff Jail Administration Outlay)]

Issue: The Webb County Jail is in need of an upgrade to its Surveillance Camera System.

Solution: Enter into an Agreement with Audio Dynamics, Inc., who was the highest ranked proposer, to undertake Jail Security Camera Upgrades.

Result: Security Camera upgrades will assist in increasing the security at the Jail.

Background:

This Agreement will allow for the Sheriff's Office to undertake to its Security Cameras at the Jail.
