Discussion and possible action to approve a Professional Services Agreement between Webb County for the benefit of the TEND Court Program and Rhonda Kuykendall to provide training and counseling services for the Webb County Trafficking Emergency Network Diversion Program in an amount of $60 dollars/hr. under TEND Grant #4325002 commencing May 19, 2023, through May 31, 2024, subject to annual grant budgetary appropriations, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Child Protection Court, Selina L. Mireles, Associate Judge, Grant #4325002, Account #2747-1150-001-457008]

Background:

Rhonda Kuykendall will provide services a rate of $60.00 (sixty dollars) per hour for five (one-hour) sessions, including one hour for planning for the five sessions, and one hour for reporting for the five sessions, for each TEND Youth, contract services will be provided in accordance with the terms of the grant application which is referred to and incorporated herein for all purposes as if set out in full.
