Discussion with possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s) for Financial Advisor services for Webb County; and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue:
Current contract for Financial Advisor services expires on August 29, 2023. Adequate time will be needed to solicit services and choose a qualified firm.
Solution:
Placing an item for RFQ’s will allow sufficient time to select a qualified firm.
Result:
Qualified firm will be selected prior or at the time of current contract expiration.
