Discussion and possible action to settle a property claim in the amount of $3,116.26 (in addition to potential incurred vehicle rental fees not to exceed $2,000.00) due to a motor vehicle accident claim brought by The Green Law Firm regarding an automobile accident that occurred on March 14, 2024, involving a county vehicle and his client; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue:
There was a two-vehicle collision involving a Sheriff's Office motor vehicle unit #27-380 (2020 Chevrolet Tahoe) and a 2017 Chevrolet Impala driven by Sergio Chaires.
Solution:
To approve the property settlement regarding 2017 Chevrolet Impala.
Result:
Once property settlement is approved, Sergio Chaires, as Claimant, will release Webb County for all property claims regarding 2017 Chevrolet Impala.
