Discussion and possible action to approve, confirm and ratify the Commissioner Courts’ action of April 8, 2024 to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Fesco Ltd. regarding the purchase of real property and improvements located in Laredo, Webb County, Texas; authorizing amendment #1 to said Purchase and Sale Agreement by extending the closing date of the transaction to October 1, 2024, and Ordering an exemption to said purchase pursuant to §262.024(a) (6) of Chapter 262 of the Local Government Code and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

Additional time to clos the purchase of Fesco property was requested by Commissioners Court at the meeting of April 22, 2024.
