Discussion and possible action to reject all proposals submitted for Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-007 "Youth Residential Drug Treatment Services" for the Webb County Youth Village 16-Bed Rehabilitation Facility and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Two (2) formal proposals were submitted for RFP 2024-007 "Youth Residential Drug Treatment Services". After careful review, the Scoring Committee and the Webb County Purchasing Agent is recommending for the Webb County Commissioners Court to consider rejecting all proposals.

Solution: Consideration to approve recommendation by Scoring Committee and the Purchasing Agent due to an incomplete proposal lacking the required forms and other relevant information requested by Webb County and a secondary submission who's proposed use of facility is not in conjunction with the scope of services published and as authorized by the Webb County Commissioners Court.

Result: The Purchasing Agent will notify both participating respondents in writing of final Commissioners Court action taken.
