Discussion and possible action to enter into an architectural services contract (AIA Document B101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect) with PDG, LLC d/b/a Heckenkemper Golf Course Design for reconfiguration of the Casa Blanca Golf Course due to the proposed Loop 20/U.S. 59 right-of-way taking by the State of Texas of part of the golf course, a golf course master plan, renovations to the clubhouse, parking areas, maintenance facility cart barn. restrooms and entry with said architectural fees not to exceed Five Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($597,216,00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

Casa Blanca Golf course will have to be reconfigured to address the taking of part of the Golf Course by the State of Texas due to the expansion of Loop 20/ U.S. 59 by TXDOT.
