Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Devon Energy Corporation in the amount of $1,000.00, to be utilized in the purchase of firefighting foam, eductors, firefighting equipment; and authorizing all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

Webb County Volunteer Fire Department has responded to several calls in their area, funds received are to replace supplies used.
