Discussion and possible action to approve the Service Operation One Contract with Recovery Healthcare Corporation, for One (1) year starting July 9, 2014 and ending on July 8, 2015, to provide monitoring services as stated in the contract that would benefit the criminal courts for defendants released on bond through Pre-Trial Services.

Background:

Contract is schedule for termination on July 9, 2014, if not renewed.
