Discussion and possible action to authorize county staff and our financial advisor to initiate evaluation costs and available funding options, including seeking potential certificate of obligation bond financing, to address all water and wastewater projects as provided in the Utilities Project Requirements list in an amount not to exceed $2,925,500. [Requested by Luis Perez-Garcia, Engineer]
