Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to purchase Three (3) APX7000 Digital Portable Radios from Motorola Solutions in an amount not to exceed $16,690.30; pursuant to Texas Local Government Code; Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Sub-chapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Programs, HGAC Contract #RA05-15. [Account #346-2500-8801 (2015 Operation Stone Garden Grant)]

Issue: 2015 OPSG allocated funding for the purchase of three portable radios for officer use to be utilized for border security operations.

Solution: Proceed with approved budget and allocation of monies for the purchase of Three (3) portable radios from Motorola Solutions.

Result: Proper communication for the safety of Deputies and the general public.
