Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (LISD) and Webb County Head Start at Zachry Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which LISD And Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of Four (4) full day Pre-Kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of 5 scholastic calendar years beginning with the 2016-2017 school year through the 2020-2021 school years, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Head Start Director]
