Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month agreement with EcoLab for pest elimination services. The cost will be seventy ($70) per month. The starting month of service to begin July 1, 2017 - ending on June 30, 2018. Agenda item will not have an impact to the General Fund.

To eliminate pest control services.
Issue:
The elimination of pest control around the Nutrition programs kitchen facility.
Solution:
The Meals on Wheels/Elderly Nutrition programs must contract a pest elimination service to comply with state/federal laws and regulations.
Result:
The pest elimination services will provide a clean, pest-free kitchen facility.
Background:
EcoLab services have been able to eliminate the pest problems within the Nutrition programs.
Previous Court Action:
The previous action taken was to approve the agreement which covered pest elimination services from March 1, 2016 - May 31, 2017
