Discussion and possible action to approve the late submission of a 3rd party funding application for the LULAC #12 organization; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: LULAC #12 council has received 3rd party funds from Webb County for several years, however, this year time constraints prevented the organization from submitting the application on time. They have requested to submit a late application.

Solution: Allow the submission of application.

Result: Continued support for LULAC #12 council.
