Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty Six (36) month (June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2020) Maintenance Service Agreement with ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation for the maintenance of Ten (10) elevators located at the Webb County Justice Building, Webb County Engineering/Indigent Healthcare Building, Webb County Justice of the Peace Precinct #2, Webb County Courthouse, 1000 Houston Street, and the Webb County Administrative Building, at a cost of Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Three Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($2,243.16) per month over the term of the agreement. The agreement will become effective on the date of execution by both parties, subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
