Issue: The Court is in need of a new phone. The total cost is $428.70 leaving the account with little monies to complete the end of the fiscal year.

Solution: Transfer money in order to purchase a much needed phone.

Result: Money will be available for the purchase and all other expenses incurred during the fiscal year.
