Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Independent School District (U.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start-Early Head Start Program at Arndt Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which U.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of two (2) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms at a yearly cost of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to be paid by Webb County Head Start. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of 5 scholastic calendar years beginning with the 2018-2019 school year through the 2022-2023 school years and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
