Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Independent School District (UISD) and Webb County Head Start. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which UISD And Webb County Head Start will relocate Head Start campus facilities in case of an emergency. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning when the MOU is fully executed and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Director, Webb County Head Start]
