Discussion and possible action to approve conducting Category "B" Elections to fill current vacancy as per the Governing Regulations of the Advisory Board of the Webb County Community Action Agency. (The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant- Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215). Election will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 for a Representative and Alternate for the Area-III- El Cuatro in the Senior Citizen Home, 700 Juarez from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Issue: To hold Election to fill current vacancy for Representative and Alternate for Area III- El Cuatro.

Solution: The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant-Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.

Result: Once the Election is held CAA will comply with the Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.
