Discussion and possible action to approve the repairs to a county unit in the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS ($16,939.60) as a result of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on February 19, 2019 involving a Webb County Sheriff Department unit. [Account #1001-1180-001-452007-340 (Claims Paid)]

Issue:
 A two vehicle collision involving a Sheriff Department unit #27-309 and a 2009 Dodge Ram Pick-up on the 3200 block of Bob Bullock. Both vehicles sustained damage in which the third party was cited.

Solution: Vehicle was appraised by the contracted vendor and will be repaired pending court approval.

Result: If approved vehicle will be repaired with no further issue.
