Discussion and possible action to approve an Elevator Modernization Plan for Webb County to include selection of a vendor through a cooperative state contract meeting all the competitive bidding requirements and to further authorize the annual maintenance plans for County wide coverage

Issue:
Several County elevators are reaching their useful life and require upgrades/modernization of equipment. The recent Bond Series 2019A has funding allocated for this project.
Solution:
Authorize the Purchasing Agent to proceed with the recommended elevator modernization plan as presented.
Results
: Proceed with the replacement of the most critical areas and as outlined in the modernization plan. Replacement of elevators will be limited to the allocated funding within the 2019A Bond Series. Those units with a longer life span will be addressed at a later time with future bond proceeds and/or as authorized by Commissioners Court.
