Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) Program and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program. This MOU provides a common understanding of the collaboration and relationship between the local Head Start/Early Head Start Program and the WIC Program. It establishes clear expectations and a reliable way of relating to one another for mutual cooperation. The term of the MOU shall be for two (2) years, commencing on September 1, 2019 and ending on August 30, 2021 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
