Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of one (1) Microsoft Pro 6 Tablet from Staples in an amount not to exceed $1,399.00 for Judge Bobby Quintana’s continuing education and to further authorize the funding source from the Technology fund pursuant to Article 102.0173 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Issue: The department is in need of a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 Tablet for office use.

Solution: By approval of the Commissioners Court we would be able to proceed with purchase.

Result: Improved customer service for the constituents of Precinct 2, Place 1.
