Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment 1 to the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect (AIA Document B101-2017) between Webb County and Frank Architects Inc. reducing the owner's budget for the Cost of Work from Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) to Four Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,604,400); authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

The reduction in Cost of Work will bring total cost of project, including Architect fees, to 5,000,000 as budgeted

Previous Court Action:

Commissioners Court approved the Architects contract on April 8, 2019
