Discussion and possible action to approve the addition of the following seizure vehicle to Constable’s Pct. 2 Department fleet inventory, including but not limited to revising Webb County’s vehicle inventory to reflect said additions, provide the necessary insurance coverage. Seized Vehicle Description: Make: 2011 Ford F-150, Vehicle Identification Number: 1FTFW1EF8BFB09236; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Department is in need of an unmarked vehicle for undercover operations.

Solution: Commissioners Court to accept above mentioned vehicle 2011 Ford F-150. This will allow the department to have at its disposition the use of an unmarked vehicle for undercover operations.

Result: By Commissioner’s Court approving agenda item the department will have an unmarked vehicle for undercover operations.
