Discussion and possible action to enter into a sixty (60) month (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025) Rental Agreement between Pitney Bowes and Webb County for the Webb County Clerks Office for mail service hardware and software through the Cooperative Contract Participation Agreement No: 985L1-1969, at a cost of One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and forty-two cents ($125.42) a month, for a total amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and twenty cents ($7,525.20) over the 60 month term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
