(“Consultant”) wherein Consultant will be providing development and design services, survey, schematic, environmental, traffic studies, geotechnical and PS&E for the Mangana Hein Road Widening Project in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY TWO DOLLARS ($1,924,432.00) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
