Discussion and possible action to ratify a One (1) year renewal Professional Service agreement with Recovery Monitoring Solutions, to provide continuous alcohol monitoring, breath-alcohol testing and/or drug patch services for the Webb County Veterans Treatment Program commencing May 31, 2023, through May 30, 2024. Participants who are being monitored will directly pay the vendor when services are rendered; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
