Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement between Webb County and Teaching and Mentoring Communities (TMC), A Texas nonprofit corporation wherein TMC will set up, implement and operate Two (2) classrooms and other facilities for the Early Head Start Program. The term of this agreement shall be for One (1) year commencing September 1, 2014 thru August 31, 2015, for a total cost of $202,974.00 for the services to be provided under this agreement and authorizing County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
