Discussion and possible action to approve a county match payment of $22,602.00 to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the use of Title 23 United States Code Section 144 federal funds which will assist in the replacement or rehabilitation of deficient bridges located on public highways, roads and streets, including those under the jurisdiction of local governments and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. September 24, 2012 - Commissioner Court approved Agenda Item #60 for a county match payment of $29,485.10 to TxDOT for the use of the Title 23 United States Code Section 144 federal funds to assist in the replacement of rehabilitation of deficient bridges located on public highways, roads and streets, including those under the jurisdiction of local governments.
December 10, 2014 - Commissioner Court approved Agenda Item #57 to approve the Local Government to perform, or cause to be performed, the following equivalent-match project(s) in return for waiver of the local match fund participation requirement on the approved federal off-system bridge program (participation-waived) project not yet awarded in the amount of $14,484.00 and pay TxDOT $2,914.00 for preliminary Engineering.
