Discussion and possible action to approve the solicitation of Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for the La Presa Water Dispenser Design-Build Project. This will call for the relocation of tankage and materials from the Penitas Community Center.

Background:

Project calls for the removal, relocation and setup of existing potable water tanks to La Presa Community Center and Park. Provide the infrastructure for a water dispenser, including concrete driveways, drainage, tank base preparation, tankage, dispenser mechanism and electrical for lighting and dispenser pumps and a chlorination system.
