Discussion and possible action to apply for an Emergency Sub-grant from Save the Children. This grant will allow Webb County to hire (on a contract basis) Head Start staff (or other qualified applicants) to aid homeless immigrant children crossing the U.S. border by providing them with "Child Friendly Spaces" as they are temporarily sheltered in Webb County.
