Discussion and possible action to approve a utility billing and reconciliation contract with Gulf Coast Utility Services (GCUS). GCUS will attempt to recover amounts which have been paid by mistake or error in billing. Any amounts recovered will be divided and Fifty percent reimbursed to Webb County and the remaining Fifty percent awarded to GCUS. The contract will have no impact on the county budget and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
