Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program and Literacy Volunteers of Laredo. The term of the MOU begins upon the execution of the agreement and shall continue until either party terminates the agreement. The purpose of the MOU is to optimize the delivery of needed services for populations served by both agencies. This action authorizes the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director]
