Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start and Casa de Misericordia for a Non-Financial Agreement for a period of Thirty- Six (36) months beginning on September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017; this program will provide developmental services for low income pregnant women, and children ages birth to 5, as well as offering social services for their families and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Program Director]
