Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program and the City of Laredo Health Department, Nurse-Family Partnership Program. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of Thirty-Six (36) months beginning on September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2017. The purpose of the MOU is to optimize the delivery of needed services for populations served by both agencies and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director]
