Discussion and possible action authorizing Webb County to enter into a Five (5) year agreement with AT&T for Internet services at a monthly rate of $2,402.55 plus fees pursuant to Section 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F, Cooperative Purchasing Program, Texas Local Government Code; DIR –TEX-AN-NG-CTSA-005; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
