Discussion and possible action to approve an “Order Pertaining to County’s Scofflaw Program”, pursuant to Section 502.010 of the Texas Transportation Code. This allows the Commissioners Court of Webb County to impose an additional fee of Twenty Dollars and no cents ($20.00) to be collected by the County Tax-Assessor Collector to be used for the purposes specified in accordance with the law. That fee will be imposed for each fine, fee, tax or failure to appear owed to the county and authorizing the County judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Patricia Barrera, Webb County Tax Assessor-Collector]
