Discussion and possible action to accept a funding increase Amendment #2 of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($135,234.00) to the PY 2015 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) grant Contract #58150002130 from the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA). This amendment will increase the Program Year 2015 CEAP Contract funding from ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO DOLLARS ($1,126,862.00) to ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY-SIX DOLLARS ($1,262,096.00), and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

The Webb County Community Action Agency (CAA) - Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) provides utility payment assistance for elderly, disabled and low income residents of Webb County. The PY 2015 CEAP contract is for a twelve (12) month period.
