Discussion and possible action to approve an amended agreement between Webb County Early Head Start Child Care Partnership and Dr. Miroslava Vargas DBA, Education Center to reflect grant dates of March 1, 2015 thru August 31, 2016 and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Head Start Program Director]

Issue: The Webb County Early Head Start – Child Care Partnership contract was originally approved with a start date of June 1, 2015.

Solution: The start date should have been March 1, 2015 (actual funding date) versus June 1, 2015 (start date for providing services to children).

Result: The revised contract will reflect the actual start date for awarding (funding) of the Early Head Start – Child Care Partnership grant.
