Discussion and possible action to rescind Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Main Contract which was approved in Commissioner Court, December 12, 2016. This Supplemental Agreement was for the addition of Engineering Services and fees on new (TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-910) defined as R.O.W. / Utilities and PS&E for Loop 20 Main Lanes and Frontage Roads to Just North of Loop 20/US 59 Overpass as per the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) revisions. At this time we are rescinding as per the Texas Department of Transportation’s non- approval after further review. [Account #644-8001-6022 (Professional Services)]

Solution: Rescind Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Main Contract.

Result: Approval of new Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Main Contract.
