Discussion and possible action to approve a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Webb County. The purpose of the MOU is to document the parties’ understanding and responsibilities with regard to Information Technology Services at the County Extension Office. The term of the MOU will be Effective for Two (2) years once the MOU has been fully executed, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
