Discussion and possible action to enter into a Fourteen (14) month (August 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office for two (2) Lexmark XC4140 Copiers, at a cost of Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Ninety Six Cents ($409.96) per month for a total amount of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($5,739.44) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
