Discussion and possible action to, by Order, declare as waste and of no value to the County fill dirt generated as a result of the construction of the Las Lomas Emergency Evacuation and Drainage Improvement Project and authorizing the disposal of same in a manner that is of least cost to Webb County and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

Fill dirt being generated at the Las Lomas Drainage project construction site is in such quantities as to make it uneconomical unfeasible to transport, stack and store or otherwise remove the fill dirt.
