Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Electric Transmission Texas, LLC (ETT) as per Local Government Code 81.032, in the amount of $2,000 to be utilized in the following line items: Minor Tools & Apparatus, Training & Education, and Books & Subscriptions; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2929-3140-003-460105 (Minor Tools & Apparatus); #2929-3140-003-456205 (Training & Education); #2929-3140-003-464005 (Books & Subscriptions)]

Issue: Donation check issued by Electric Transmission Texas, LLC to support the mission of the Webb County Volunteer Fire Department.

Solution: Deposit money accordingly, $1,000.00 into Minor Tools & Apparatus, $500.00 into Training & Education, and $500.00 into Books & Subscriptions.

Result: Continue working relationship with ETT, and meet department needs.
