Discussion and possible action to approve conducting Category “B” Elections to fill current vacancies as per the Governing Regulations of the Advisory Board of the Webb County Community Action Agency. The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant-Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215. Three Elections will be held. One on Wednesday, July 27^th for a Representative and Alternate for Area V - Fernando A. Salinas Community Center, 520 Reynolds from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. The other Election will be held on Thursday, July 28^th for Representative and Alternate for Area IV-Azteca-Guadalupe in the Lulac Haven- located at 4601 Juarez Avenue from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. The other Election will be held on Thursday, July 28^th for Representative and Alternate for Area I- Lilia Perez - located in Lulac Haven-located in 4601 Juarez Avenue from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Issue: To hold Elections to fill current vacancies for Representative and Alternate for Area V-, Area IV, and Area I.

Solution: The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant- Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.

Result: Once the Election is held the CAA will comply with the Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.
